Steward is the platform independent estates, country houses and boutique hotels run on — a direct-booking engine, CRM and revenue system paired with AI-assisted, expertly-guided growth. It was born on a real estate, solving a real problem, and it’s been earning its keep ever since.
Our story
It started with a booking problem.
Ballinderry Park is a Georgian estate in County Galway — beautiful, and, like most independent venues, leaning hard on OTAs that took a cut of every stay and kept the guest relationship. There was no tool built for how an estate actually sells: weddings and groups that take weeks to close, exclusive hire, direct stays, seasonal demand.
So we built one. A conversion site with the booking engine at its core, a CRM tuned for venue sales, quoting and milestone payments, channel sync, dynamic pricing and a guest hub — all on one engine. Then we pointed AI-assisted, expertly-guided marketing at it.
The results made the case better than we could: €128,197 booked direct in under three months at a 9.6× return on ad spend, 92% of it direct. Steward is that engine, now built to run any estate or independent hotel.
