15% of what we book you. Nothing else.
Booking.com and Airbnb take 15–18% of a room night and keep the guest. Steward takes 15% of the whole booking we bring you, weddings and weekends included, on your own domain, and the guest is yours. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no ad bill.

of the whole booking we brought you, from the deposit. You keep the guest, the site, the balance and the next booking. Nothing else on the invoice, because there is no invoice.

Every house
Your data, your Stripe, your domain.
Guests pay into your own Stripe account. Steward's share is split off by Stripe at the moment of payment; we never touch the rest. Leave whenever you like and the site is exactly as you left it.
- Your domain, your Stripe account, your guests, your bookings
- We never hold guest money
- Switch off any day from the dashboard; your site goes back to exactly how it was
- Both versions of your site, side by side, so you see the lift yourself
Questions
The ones every owner asks.
- What counts towards the 15%?
- The total value of a booking made through a Steward page or button: rooms, exclusive use, venue fees and any add-ons paid through the booking. If the guest found you some other way and booked through your own site, that's yours.
- When do you actually get paid?
- When the deposit is paid. Stripe splits it: 15% of the whole booking to Steward, the rest to you. If a house takes a deposit smaller than 15%, the remainder comes off the next payment. Balances after that carry nothing.
- What if the guest cancels?
- Deposits are non-refundable, so you lose nothing: the deposit stays with you, our fee stays with us. We've already spent the money finding that guest.
- Do I have to change my website?
- No. You point your domain's nameservers at Steward (or paste one line of script) and choose what share of visitors see our booking flow. Everyone else sees your site exactly as it is. You can see both, side by side, in the dashboard.
- Who owns what?
- Your domain, your Stripe account, your guests and your bookings are yours at all times. The pages we build on your domain are ours while you're on Steward; leave and they come down, your site untouched.
- How long does it take?
- Sign up, connect Stripe, point the domain, choose your split. Within 24 hours you have booking pages on your own domain and traffic going to them.
- Is ad spend really free?
- It's ours to spend, not yours. We put money into Google Ads for your pages until they rank organically, and we only get it back when the pages book. That is the whole bet.
The comparison that matters
