When we started, Ballinderry was a beautiful Georgian estate with a booking problem — leaning on OTAs that took a cut of every stay and kept the guest relationship. We rebuilt the website around conversion on the Steward engine, ran AI-assisted paid and organic campaigns aimed squarely at weddings, hen parties, group getaways and corporate retreats, and put the whole operation on the platform.
Roughly €13,000 in ads generated 64 enquiries — 92% of them direct through Ballinderry's own website.
